Thanks to the wet processing method, this variety is characterized by a very rich, but mild flavor and a rich palette of aromas. Grains belong to the Specialty class, it is almost the only robusta that meets these quality standards.
This coffee is ideal for making espresso.
An excellent balance of sweetness and velvety bitterness with barely noticeable enveloping acidity.
The aroma of walnut, sesame, malt, licorice is clearly perceptible.
The smell of the earth is less noticeable, as well as the delicate aroma of cognac.
Compared with other varieties of robusta, this coffee has a rich, strong taste.
